A short introduction.
IMT Music Holding is a Singapore-based consultancy working with artists, labels, and music-related businesses on the commercial side of their work.
We offer four areas of work — brand development, business strategy, content and promotion, and artist management support. The goal is to be a useful collaborator for teams thinking through these questions, not to replace what they already do well.
Our work tends to be quiet and document-led. We aim for clear plans, honest conversations, and engagements where both sides feel the time was well spent.

We try to keep things plain and easy to act on. Most of what we deliver is short documents and conversations rather than long decks.
Honest about fit.
If we don't think we're the right people for a brief, we'll say so. We'd rather pass on a project than take it on when we can't help.

Brand, strategy, content, and management support. We try to stay close to what we know and refer out when something falls outside that.
